£0 to £100,000 Challenge in one year, is it even possible?steemCreated with Sketch.

Hi to all.

I have been following a guy on YouTube who is doing a £0 to £100,000 challenge and I was interested from the get go and was thinking to myself would that be something that I could possibly do?

He started with £0 and needed to get of the mark so the first thing he did was go on to the dreaded Facebook and looked for items that people were giving away for free.

He took the items that he found and started selling on eBay which gave him his start up costs and from there he has built a business buying cheap and selling on line.

It has been great to watch, he started with 0 and has 250,000 in stock and I have watched him make £4 to £6 thousand in a week in sales.

Is this something that I could do?

When I was a kid I was always selling something, I held yard sales out side my mums house trying to make a few quid, I even sold my dads tv which didn't go down to well.

My mum has always said that I have the gift of the gab and I am pretty savy when it comes to buying things, I read and read.

I think that I have got what takes and I want to put myself to the test to see if I can make 0 to 100,000 in one year.

I have got to say before I start this challenge that I have already got stuff in my house that I have already been meaning to sell on eBay, and I think that this would be the start of my capital that I need to buy and then to sell.

That been said, I have to sell the items first to make the money up front before I can buy any more stock.

The places I will be getting my supplies from will be, car-boot sales, markets, charity shops and the more the sales come in I will be buying return pallets from suppliers.

I think this is going to be a hard year to make that kind of money, but I would like to see if some one like me can make that kind of cash.

I was thinking about blogging about it here on steem and maybe even doing some videos of my journey along the way to show everything that I am doing.

With x-mas been among us right now I don't think there will be any car-boots to visit until the starts of Feb maybe even march time, so until then I will have to use charity shops.

It might be something that over the winter period might take more time to build momentum we will see.

Follow me along my journey and see where I am in a year from now.

Sounds like a really interesting idea.
I’ve been on a eBay selling spree recently - sold a drumkit, DSLR camera, a cowbell, rollerskates - all sorts!
Make a few quo’s and clear some space. Win/win.

I think with that blokes challenge; it’s all about strategy, re-investing and having an eye for perceived ‘value’.
All the best with the new venture.

Cheers @ashtv. He goes through everything, tells you the cost he bought for and what he sells for and what his cut is after fees. the crazyist of things is some of the stuff he sells I took some of the same thing to the tip the other week. didn't know the value.

Did you get what you wanted for the items you sold?

I have used eBay to sell a few things and I always get less than I thought I would get for them.

I am going to post about my ventures and see how things go.

cheers once again
