No Smoking Day 4.

Another day without a smoke and I feel good.

I have had the odd time where I have wanted one but all in all it seems to be easier then yesterday, even my wife said the same as we have now started to get along a little better now that the cravings have gone.

I did send some time in the garden, I had to borrow some garden snips so I could cut through the branches of the privat that has over grown.

I couldn't just cut them down as I wanted to do as my neighbours want to keep it high, they have plans in putting a hot tub under the branches, I however do see a massive problem with this as leave will fall and go into it.

So with a little bit of help from my neighbour I chopped the bulk out of it and made my side of the garden straight, it looks pretty tidy now I just have some burning to be done and it will look the bee's knees when finished.

I have bought some more seeds and started them of in propagators so that they are ready to go in the garden.

Buying your own seeds and growing the up is so much cheaper than buying the plants from the garden centre and if you know what you are doing you can grow 50 of the same plant for the same price it costs for a plant.

Not once while I was doing these tasks did I think about smoking, it was amazing how easy and simple keeping my mind busy stopped me from even wanting one.

I have got some news though, tomorrow I am doing some delivery work for a chinese, I have worked for a chinese before and it is more busy than working for a pizza place.

You can do easy 40 deliveries each a night compared to a pizza house at about 20 to 25 a night, I also think that depends on which business you work for as I am guessing there is some quieter takeaway that don't offer delivery.
