Yani parkların fonksiyonel olarak genişletilmesi ile oluşturulmuş mega alanlardır.
Halkın rahat kullanımı için içerisinde kır lokantası, kahvaltı evi, şelale, 100 kişilik amfi tiyatrosu bulunmaktadır.
Bunlara ek olarak atla gezinti yapabileceğiniz alanlar olduğu gibi çocuk oyun parkları, bisiklet yolu, spor alanı ve dağcılık gibi sporları yapabileceğiniz alanlarda ayarlanmıştır.
Açık bir alan olması itibariyle genellikle yazın insanların kullanımının arttığını söyleyebilirim.
Zafer Kent Ormanı, Afyon merkezde bulunmaktadır. Konum olarak Kocatepe Mezarlık arkasındadır.
Genel olarak alanı değerlendirecek olursam, büyük şehirlerdeki yaşam alanlarının hemen hemen aynıdır. Daha önce görmeyenlerin oldukça ilgisini çekeceğini düşünüyorum.
