El gallo pinto costarricense es el típico desayuno de Costa Rica, es muy simple de preparar y es a base de arroz y frijoles. Hay personas que también lo comen en la cena.

Ingredientes

Arroz blanco cocinado
frijoles cocidos (frijol negro o rojo)
Aceite
cebolla
chile dulce
consome
