My Plan for Steemit.

So I’ve been on steemit a few weeks now. Over the past few days I’ve been reading many Post and I’ve come to realize one thing that seems to be consistent through all of them. And that thing is; that they post a lot of content even though the content is of very little substance somehow that translates to a large following and somehow they make a small fortune. So I’m going to approach my Blog in a different way. I want to be completely up front and honest about what my goals are.

So, to be blunt if you couldnt tell from some of my previous posts I come from nothing and currently; I’m still not far from it. However, with that being said I have come up with a plan that will both perpetuate my Blog and hopefully propel me to financial security.

There are three ways to make money in this world: time / money (aka an hourly wage), money/ money (aka using money to make money. Stocks, cryptocurrency, Etfs, 401K, IRA) and finally increasing the number of income streams that you have coming in. (multiple sources of income/ money) some example of this are mining cryptocurrency, Blogging via steemit, or real-estate.

So, what’s my plan? Well, if you’re reading this then you know I’m attempting to blog. You also know that I am involved in cryptocurrency. In addition to this Im also dabbling in the stock market via the Robin Hood application. But, what I really want from my blog is to raise money to get into real estate. I want anyone who follows me to upvote my posts and if and when the time comes that I can put ten percent down on a real estate property. I want to have my followers help to choose the property. I want to record the entire process of me coming from nothing to going to the bank, to touring the properties.

This is an example of the kind of property I’m looking to buy. This property is currently listed at $306,000 and lists the current gross income as $46,537/yr. With the help of the steemit community I believe we can make this happen. Please, I encourage you to leave a comment with any thoughts you may have.
