Good post! :) its really common and annoying habit. I find myself doing it from time to time, automatically.
At parties or other social group settings, i am more strict, and keeping the phone in pocket.

    well at least, you have defined boundaries for yourself whereas youngsters today have blurred those fine lines.

        Yeah, my little brother sometime sends snaps from being at parties with friends. Its a sad image of 8 people sitting around a table looking at their phone..
