In today's world of focus on 'what's wrong' and politics, we need balance so that our thinking isn't always seeing things from the filter of 'what's wrong'. Gratitude does that. Negative emotions can NOT exist in the presence of Gratitude. Not sure about this? try it! Have a Gratitude list made up ahead of time. Get yourself very negative and upset. Now read your Gratitude out loud. See? it disappears. They are not compatible. Thank goodness! lol
You get to decide how your life looks and how you appear to others. You can stay as you are or...you can become known as a Grateful person who looks through a new filter. Your life improves, your relationships get better and you enjoy waking up to each new day. That's why Gratitude. You get to choose. So, what do you choose for you?
