I Feel Like I Could Eat Better Now...Relatively

I took another capsule of my appetite stimulant and some bread with coffee. I might feel sleepy but maybe the coffee will counter its drowsying side-effects like what happened yesterday where I also took another capsule and away I went to sleeping.

I did woke up at the early evening and just stayed up all night until this morning as I feel that I already had an ample rest. But anyway I have all the time in the world to sleep.

I was watching the cryptocurrency prices as well and it just makes my spirits high and exuberant all because I can foresee its life-changing effects not only in my life but also those that are around me like to my family and all. And for one thing it already erased my worries that I will find myself unable to pay for my necessities especially if there will be emergencies that had to be dealt with money because no hospital really takes IOUs from the patients.

Anyway today after my meal I will be taking my Cinacalcet again which will again depress my appetite. It is just lamentable with that kind of situation that I am facing right now and I feel like one of my organs will give-up soon because of the potency of Cinacalcet making a mess on my well-being but at the same time doing its job to make my bones recover and my Leontiasis condition to basically reverse a bit if not stopped its progression.

I think that I will maintain in taking this appetite enhancer that my doctor had prescribed me to take. I just have to support my health in that way because my appetiteloss really had worsened a bit as well and I could not afford to lose anymore weight because there is nothing anymore to lose but all these skin and bones in my body.
