I only have 2 anecdotal pieces of information I've ran into, in my short time on this planet

1. I worked with a woman who had broken her ankle and it would not heal.. She went to get it checked out and they told her that her calcium was low. She complained that she drank tons of milk!

   1 a) Later, she discovered that without some balancing ratio of Vitamin D, it actually leached calcium out of her system.. this is her words, not mine.. Do your own research.. I'm not gonna do it, since I have already but also, this post is just a 'spoilt milk' post..

2. I worked with a guy who worked for a company we shall call 'Zestlé'... he said he worked in the chocolate milk department and said it's usually the off-colour milk.. the greens and redish hues.. He never said there was anything in it.. But said, it was just the weird milk.. so yah.. there's nothing in milk. _{ok, ok, he had theories that involved a goat, crisco, and a Ouija board.. let us say no more of it}

That's it.. I haven't drank a lot of milk for some time.. but I have an on-again off-again relationship with cheese.. Not gonna lie.. I likeItaLOT!

Anyway... I believe in personal choice.. so you can drink milk. I don't care.. you do you, boo..
