In my previous post I described a few steps to overcome adversities in a healthy way, for this publication I will refer to the part of being positive, of seeing good things within what seems to be wrong.
The planet Earth is our home, many times through our routines we don't pay attention to the gifts that nature gives us, we are often stuck on the phone or the computer (making money), but just look at the sky and discover these special and beautiful things.
When I face a stressful day and things do not seem to be okay, I go for a walk in places close to my house, where there are trees and I can walk quietly while listening to music with my headphones.
I leave my house with any kind of discomfort or any amount of stress, but mysteriously at the end of my walk, I see that I am calmer, things start to become easy.
This is a secret passage of my university's botanical garden, I discovered it hours before a test that I was worried about presenting because I did not feel so prepared ... I felt a lot of nerves and this sight definitely reassured me, and I was able to attend my concentrated test.
Try to go for a walk when you feel that things are not going well, take some time to clear your ideas and disconnect from your environment so you can find your inner peace, don't forget to keep a photo that reminds you of the pleasant experience.
