God forbid you are a legitimate business operating internationally in a different country, following all of that country's laws and give citizens of other countries an opportunity to do business with you and utilize things like International bank wiring, and other Paypal-like options and cryptocurrencies as a way to deposit and withdraw your funds. As for your point, TradersWay are based in Dominica and unregulated by any reputable regulator body because they do business in a non transparent, unsafe manner. That is a fact. It is not taking an elitist view.

You obviously still have no understanding of how financial regulatory bodies work and what their role is when forex traders have a dispute to file with their broker.
If even one new traders reads this conversation and makes a better decision by choosing a regulated, ECN forex broker when they first sign up, then this conversation has been of value.

Dude - you're ignorant because you 're using blanketing statements to justify **YOUR LACK OF DUE DILIGENCE ** and obviously lost your money with a dishonest broker based in a foreign country. I've traded with this company for over a year now and NEVER had an issue with my money or trading. I never used the word racist but I guess my skin color automatically makes any dissenting word that comes out of my mouth that describes your blatant ignorance makes me an accuser of racism. If I was a newbie first reading this, the first thing I would recognize is the fact that your name here is ForexBroker and you irrationally attacked an honest and very detailed account of someone's personal experience because they disclosed their affiliation with the company. I would also notice that the poster of the article is speaking purely from experience rather than just "trying to make money" because how many "oily salesman" sticks around to make sure they get both sides of the story. I would also notice that your initial Fear mongering was met with intelligent, open-minded response because it's not cool to troll and try to tarnish HONEST company's reputation online because YOUR GOVERNMENT won't let you compete with others in more business-friendly countries.
