I've had a great day today. I managed to get out for another walk and have also had a good day with my food.
The lake was very still today and was almost like a mirror. It's a lovely walk and it really doesn't feel like a 5km track. I think that the scenery helps with that.
I also had a green smoothie with breakfast. This was something that I used to have daily without fail, so it feels good to be getting back into the habit.

Thanks, yes it is a beautiful place. I'm in Cromwell which is where these pictures are. It's close to Queenstown (about a 40-50 minute drive). Queenstown is stunning but has a much larger population.
