Finding The Warrior Within- Are you ready?

The world is shifting and we are having to adapt to these changing times. People are waking up, seeking more meaning in life, more connection and some these people are our our clients and our customers. They are beginning to see their power to create change and are choosing with their dollar. They are wanting to give back, to support , to create impact in the world. They are driven by purpose not profit, they are focussed on people not power, they are for meaningful change not consumerism.

The fact is...

Businesses will not survive unless they adapt to these changes in customer behaviour and the changes in the business landscape.
As business leaders we have no choice but to evolve..

You see what I learned from working with some of the Indigenous Cultures, in particular The Yanawana Tribe (in the Brazilian Amazon) is that the only form of impact we can create is by shifting our style of leadership. By severing all ties and chords we have to old programs, stories, beliefs and illusions and who we “think” we should be and start embodying a new style of tribal and innate leadership which stems from within.

You see what they embody in the tribe is very unique.
There is not just one leader, they are all leaders.
Each taking responsibility for their own thoughts, words, and actions.

They know as a tribe everyone must lead.
Everyone must rise, everyone must become a tribal warrior, equipped with the tools to navigate life.
Everyone must have the skills to cut through the distortions and illusions.
The ability to see and become aware of our own stories, limiting beliefs and programs.

The knowledge on how to truely reclaim your power..
To take up space in the world
To lovingly combat or overcome obstacles/challenges
To connect to an innate wisdom that runs through us.

To be grounded and not swayed by other people, places and circumstances.
To become a tribal warrior means you choose to rise and take responsibility for what we are co-creating on this planet!

We all play a role
Once upon a time I believed I was playing my part, but I was wrong..
I was part of the problem!

Distracted and caught up in illusion
But now I see
I see my role and I see yours

Its time we rise and learn from these tribes.
To shed what distracts and distorts us from what is real and to what is TRUE..
