After a lengthy process, Billett Enterprises, Inc. has successfully withdrawn from California operations and has domesticated as a Wyoming corporation.

"This was drawn out far longer than it needed to be, but iy is done. While I wrap up the remaining tax payments to the state of California, we have given the green light to resume all operations and reward the shareholders for being so patient in this process. Without our shareholders we are nothing, they have given us their trust time and time again, we need to fulfill the promises we have made them.
"The corporation owes nearly $2,000 USD in dividend payments to it's shareholders and still has a $6,000 venture capital agreement with a long-time partner that has yet to be repaid. This is not just a corporate matter, but a personal matter. Integrity is my top priority, a Man's word is everything. Thankfully, we have always over delivered and our shareholders are confident in us, which let us focus on the bureaucracy of this process to get it done."
