What a great way to explain this idea! I have been struggling with the idea of attending medical school. It has been a grueling journey through undergrad, and I have had many friends, family members, professors, doctors, mentors all chime in with their opinions. All of their opinions conflict, and I'm left feeling even more confused than I was before. I have had to learn to ignore advice from people who are important to me, which is a difficult task. It's hard to keep moving forward in your best interest when everyone has something to say about it. Well done!!!
