My sweet E starZ, i hope you all doing well. Without further ado...
Love is not just the meeting of hearts—it is the meeting of minds, of pasts, of wounds, and unspoken fears. But what happens when the mind is unwell? Can love alone hold the weight of an untamed storm?

🟣 The Battle Within
Before we love another, we must ask: Do we even know ourselves? An unstable mind turns love into a mirror, reflecting not just beauty, but fear and insecurity. We cannot expect love to heal what we refuse to face.

🟣Words as Weapons or Bridges
A mind burdened by unhealed wounds sees conflict as war, not understanding. Do we truly listen, or just wait for our turn to speak? Communication isn’t about winning—it’s about connection.

🟣The Illusion of Wholeness
They say love completes us, but wholeness should not be borrowed from another. A soul that leans too heavily on another will eventually collapse. Love should be a choice, not a crutch.

🟣Holding Without Holding Too Tight
To love is not to possess. True love thrives in freedom, not control. Being apart should not mean being lost—trust is the foundation of all that lasts.

✨ Love reflects our inner world. A chaotic mind breeds chaos in love, just as a peaceful mind nurtures it. So, before asking how to love another, perhaps we should first ask: Do we truly love ourselves?

What does mental well-being mean to you in a relationship? Let’s talk! 💬❤️
