Blockchain in a short-term rentals (Размышления о предстоящем ICO CryptoBnB)

As a traveler, a few years ago I started using the AirBnB service to find accommodation for my trips to different countries. At once I will say that I like the service - in many countries, the services of owners who lease their apartments on a short-term basis through the AirBnB service are much cheaper than hotel rooms that are smaller in size and less equipped. As a man immersed in the world of crypto-currencies, I naturally could not fail to pay attention to the upcoming ICO СryptoBnB.
The name immediately caught my eye, and I decided to take a closer look at what the new company offers in its Whitepaper . Is it not a desire to draw attention to the market of ICO that are just another attempt to make money on the increased attention of investors to the new phenomenon of "blockchain economy"?

Как человек путешествующий, несколько лет назад я начал использовать сервис AirBnB для поиска жилья на время своих поездок в разные страны. Сразу скажу, что сервис мне нравиться – во многих странах услуги собственников, сдающих в краткосрочную аренду свои квартиры гостям через сервис AirBnB, существенно дешевле гостиничных номеров, меньших по площади и менее оснащенных. Как человек, с головой погрузившийся в мир криптовалюты, я , естественно не мог не обратить внимание на предстоящее ICO СryptoBnB.
Название сразу привлекло мой взгляд, и я решил внимательнее изучить то, что предлагает в своей Whitepaper новая компания. Не является ли желание привлечь внимание на рынке проводимых ICO лишь очередной попыткой заработать на хайпе и повышенном внимании инвестров к новому явлению – блокчейн-экономики.

Отмечу, что основные сложности, с которыми сталкивается обычный пользователь AirBnB описаны в белой бумаге CryptoBnB точно – необходимость платформы выступать в роли роль агента условного депонента (эскроу), заключающего сделку между покупателем и продавцом, привела к росту комиссии по сделкам до 15% от стоимости, что неприятно удивляет тебя в процессе бронирования жилья, долгое изучение отзывов на интересующую вас квартиру с целью убедиться, что прикрепленные к описанию фотографии соответствуют действительности.
CryptoBnB предлагает решение существующих проблем. Использование токенов CKEY на платформе позволит идентифицировать пользователей с целью избежать мошенничества, создаст систему голосования и оценки надежности, встроенный кошелек с искусственным интеллектом будет фиксировать предпочтения пользователей, облегчая тем самым поиск по параметрам, сократить комиссию по аренде до 0%, а контракты p2p исключат необходимость в постредниках.

I live in the Far East of Russia. And I know that a lot of property owners located in the coastal areas of the Pacific Ocean are already using such platforms as AirBnB. But in remote areas of the taiga, where both Russian and foreign travelers arrive as well, the use of mobile internet platforms for rental housing is not so great, and many proposals can not yet be widely presented for search, although there is a demand for them. It seems to me that entering the market with a new but interesting, understandable and recognizable product, CryptoBnB will certainly attract its customers. But for this it will be necessary to solve one important issue - the translation of CKEY tokens into the usual, used by the overwhelming majority of people, money. It seems to me that solving this issue will not be difficult considering the large number of ready-made solutions coming out this year to the market. I think it is not difficult to integrate this with the CryptoBnB platform.
I do not write articles about the upcoming primary placement of tokens, but for CryptoBnB I made an exception. Not only because I'm participating in the competition , but also because I see this platform have great prospects. Сам я живу на Дальнем Востоке России. И знаю, что достаточно много владельцев недвижимости, расположенной в прибрежных к Тихому окану зонах уже используют такие платформы, как AirBnB. А вот в отдаленных районах тайги, куда так же прибывают как российские, так и иностранные путешественники, использование мобильных интерент платформ для аренды жилья ещё не так велико, и многие предложения пока не могут быть широко представлены для поиска, хотя спрос на них есть. Как мне кажется, выходящая на рынок с новым, но интересным ,понятным и узнаваемым продуктом CryptoBnB безусловно привлечёт своих клиентов. Но для этого необходимо будет решить один важные вопрос – перевод токенов CKEY в обычные, используемые пока ещё подавляющим большинством людей, деньги. Как мне кажется, решить этот вопрос будет не сложно с учётом большого количества готовых решений, выходящих в этом году на рынок. Думаю, интегрировать это с платформой CryptoBnB не составит труда.
Я не пишу статьи о предстоящих первичных размещения токенов, однако для CryptoBnB я сделал исключение. Не только потому, что я участвую в конкурсе , но и потому, что вижу у этой платформы большие перспективы. И если вы задумываетесь над тем, куда можно вложить часть денег на рынке, то CryptoBnB – верное решение. Ведь цена на данном этапе размещения всего 0,04 доллара за еденицу.
