Today was much better than it could've been, considering I was and still technically am sick (My body quit trying and actually achieved sickness. Yey.), but I had blown 4 days prior feeling sickened with myself for being a passive waste in front of a computer when I could be burning whatever it was out of my system the old fashioned and productive way.

Bike(Cardio): 35 minutes. I decided on a whim to upgrade this one. So, starting at level 7 difficulty, I increased by 1 every 10 minutes. From 15 minutes onward, I tried to have one 30-40 second burst of 'high speed', where instead of managing 115 or so RPM, I went into the high 150's and mid 140's, every five minutes. The last such burst was disappointing to me. I only managed 137, average, hitting 145 for only a couple seconds. By 30 minutes I started having really bad nausea fits again, but nothing came of it.

Bench Press (85 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks. As amused with how easy this weight has become as I was, I was not amused with how the upper discs in the spine go ka-cricklycrackly, pipplypopply, when I go too fast with my reps on this one. Not painful. Yet. Maybe. But still something to watch.

Pec Fly(80 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks. Easy as a summer breeze.

Abdominal Fuse (80 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks. I keep working on angling my form for the most burn/strain. Today, I got the muscles to feel like they were wrapping over themselves again and broiling, like I did the one day. Then again, somebody had lowered the seat way too low. That, and I kept my grip as close to the point of the bars that nearly touched my head as possible.

Leg Extension(80 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks. God this one was painful near the end. Still did it. >:D

Seated Leg Curl(80 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks. So easy I could just cry.

Leg Press (80 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks. This one was an uphill tricycle ride and a half. Ugh...

Chest Press(80 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks. Not too easy, but not so hard that I only managed by the skin of my teeth.

Shoulder Press(80 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks. I managed my breathing for once...and this one went by a-okay because of it, and only because of it.

Lateral Pull-Down (80 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks.

Lower Back Fuse(80 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks.

Seated Row(80 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks. I kept struggling with the reps on this one.

Bicep Curl(25 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks. I kept falling off-balance with this one. Between the uncontrollable yawning, tolerable fits of light headedness, etc., I did good to remain standing, all.

Tricep Extension(30 lbs): 30 reps. 15 emphasizing the right arm, 15 with the left. Way too easy.

Incline Elliptical(Cardio): 16 minutes, level 8 Difficulty. I kept trying with this one...but every time I'd yawn, I kept catching myself swaying a little too hard to one side or another...finally I decided to content myself with what all I'd accomplished, get off of the incline metal deathtrap, promise to do the full 35 minutes next time, and call it a day.

Tonight's musics come from the Offspring again. This one being "The Meaning of Life" from their album Ixnay On The Hombre. I misheard the lyrics the first few times I was listening to it, and had actually taken the lyrics I misheard and drew context with Lord of The Rings and the reclamation of the Mines of Moria, which was a deep well of inspirational visuals and potentials, which I have clung to to this day, for the effect it has brought on in the weight room.

And now! Said musics.
