I notice that I seem to struggle when I workout on days I have Off. That's stupid.

Bike(Cardio): 30 minutes. Started at level 8, added a difficulty level every 10 minutes. I finished with a 101 RPM average, somehow...

Bench Press (105 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks. Re-assuringly enough, while I wasn't having an easy time of things by the set's end, I still wasn't struggling...

Pec Fly(100 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks.

Abdominal Fuse (100 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks.

Leg Extension(100 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks.

Seated Leg Curl(100 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks.

Leg Press (100 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks.

Chest Press(100 lbs): 30 reps.

Shoulder Press(100 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks. I powered through this, much to my amusement. I'll be ready for 110 in no time.... =]

Lateral Pull-Down (100 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks. I was beyond entertained with how I was giving myself blisters doing this one, and that all of the times my completion of this slowed, was due to me losing my grip instead of actual fatigue. I should probably quit dragging my feet and just start wearing my mismatched gloves to the gym again.

Lower Back Fuse(100 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks. While I was doing this one, I dismissed my former anxieties about eventually maxing out this machine with a viable method by which I can continue to go up in weight. I then realized I had done more than 30 reps...but I couldnt' tell how many. So I agreed to just say 30 and call it a day.

Seated Row(100 lbs): 30 reps. This one was done second to last for the day. While collapsing against the pedestal and taking two or three breaths isn't technically a break, it happened three times during the set, so I can't claim it was 'No Breaks' with a clear conscience.

Bicep Curl(25 lbs): 30 reps, no breaks.

Tricep Extension(30 lbs): 30 reps.

Weighted sit-ups: One 25 and one 5 lb plate on my upper chest, 30 reps, no breaks.

Weighted back raises (Draping myself from the waist down across a bench, raising from the waist up until back is straight with a 25 lb plate clasped on my chest) 30 reps, no breaks. Surprisingly...my back didn't feel challenged for this one.

Incline Elliptical(Cardio): 30 minutes, level 9 difficulty. I managed this'un with a solid average of 141 RPM, in spite of the couple of explosions into 239-247 RPM for 1 minute and 44 seconds each. I still never fell below 135 RPM the entire time. I may have to up the difficulty before I hit 120 with the other lifts, after all...

Today's musics come from a content producer I've been watching since 2007, where one of my friends literally hauled my sorry ass over to her BFF's house and made me watch episode 17 of his Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged series. More specifically, from what I'm reading, it comes from Mike Pasternack. The song "No Matter What". But if it weren't for LittleKuriboh and his incessant obscure references through his Abridged series, I can admit that I likely wouldn't have found this one at all.
On that topic, LittleKuriboh is one of the entertainers on Youtube that I can say I've consistently enjoyed over the past decade. By all means, drop the man a sub if you're on the site(And can survive the Youtube Inquisition that seems to be going down over there)
All of that aside, the musics in question.
