For this one I have a big purple ashtray. Another one that reminds me of a fruit bowl more than an ashtray. As you can see from the holders in the corners it is indeed an ashtray. The top is of course purple glass. The base is a piece of marble making this a heavy ashtray. The stand is some kind of pot metal that is made to look gold. Definitely not gold or gold plated. This is clearly visible if you look at the screw that goes from the base up to the glass. No way you could thread even gold plate like that.
