ABOUT RARE BIRD ALBATROSS OF NEW ZEALAND

TODAY I AM GOING TO SHARE SOME KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE WORLD'S LARGEST SEA BIRDS OF THE NEW ZEALAND ALBATROSSES.PLEASE LET ME ALLOW TO INTRODUCE ABOUT IT.

Albatross are the World's largest Sea birds.
They spend their lives at least 85% at Sea.
New Zealand's albatrosses include two species
of royal albatross/toroa.

Albatrosses spend most of their lives at Sea but they use land for short periods of time to breed and raise their children.They have low productivity due to change in climate and habitat conditions.Albatrosses feed by searching the Sea surface for dead squid and fish.

The Seabird in the world,the royal albatross is a
graceful giant with a wing Span of over three metres.

The royal albatross has two species
(1) Southern albatross
(2) Northern albatross
The southern is slightly larger than the northern.At Sea it can be distinguished from northern by its white upper wings with black edges and tips,whereas the upper wings of the northern albatross are completely black.

Royal albatrosses are some of the longest lived
birds in the world,regularly living their 40s.
