Basic recipe:
- 1lb of fresh tomatoes,
- 2lb of fresh peppers,
- 1 medium mango or peach.( depend of what I have in my hand :-) )
You can add little bit of salt, herbs or spices for better taste. For me is it always total improvisation.
I use my own tomatoes, hot peppers (cayenne, red and orange habanero). All of them grow every single year in my small garden behind the garage.
Chop then blend everything together.
Then I put everything in the pot and I boil. In the second pot I boil an empty bottles to make sure so all batteries are killed means disinfection .
I fill bottles when sauce is still hot.
