Hello @halam, i m always interested in healthy foodtips, so i found your article interesting, but i miss the other five foods, coz your headline says the best 10, but i only see five enlisted. and regarding salmon i read alot. Problematic nowadays is the high amount of mercury which are found inside salmon. So you might reconsider. My personal tipp is the superfood Moringa.
