If you're into cooking veggies or into vegetable gardening, this is probably one vegetable you'll often see in Philippine markets. And what is this veggie?

A favorite and a common ingredient in Filipino dishes such as nilaga, sinigang and adobong sitaw, this is one vegetable worth knowing as chances are this will pop up in many dishes. Sitaw (see-tao) is your Filipino word for long beans.
