The brain felt like it want to explode,
Breathing felt like it want to stop,
Living felt like it should end,

The above sentences sound like someone who want to end life right away.

Sometimes, meditation can help.
Getting away from the source of stress, being quite and only listen to the voice within.
Keeping positivity in mind...

Meditate to boost our inner strength, to keep one self not that strong but strong enough to face any stressfull situation.

Meditation when I am stressed is the best time ever. They're is a reason why we feel out of control. Taking time to ne quiet is a good way to sort out all of life's noise and make positive change. I try to focus on my options and then seek wisdom to proceed. Nice freewrite.
