Hello friends I hope you are very well, today I bring you the second part of 💵Finanzas💵 Emprender, if you did not read the first part I leave HEREthe post so you can read it and return to this to follow the sequence, in this second part I will talk more about the characteristics that an entrepreneur should acquire, particularly I believe that some people are born entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs are very young, but I am sure that people who were not born with that skill or instilled it as a child, can still acquire it with dedication and constancy.

It is normal to hear people saying that they are not comfortable in their jobs, that they get bored of their daily tasks, that they earn little money and that they exploit them, but although they are not satisfied with their jobs and salaries, they do not dare to leave them, to start doing the activity that they like and apart from that they generate money, and always the main reason is fear.

 

Fear: this is the first characteristic that we must overcome, with this I do not say that one should not be afraid, fear is an intrinsic feeling of the human being, the important thing is to overcome it in order to move forward, one must have something clear, overcome fear and undertake a business does not assure success in an instant, but the only way to win a career is by participating in it, there are currently advantages that did not exist years ago, technology allows us to venture and gives us great support in different types of entrepreneurship, this allows many people to overcome the fear because it is not necessary to immediately leave the conventional jobs that provide them with certain "security" and thus mitigate the fear, eventually it will always be necessary to abandon their jobs and dedicate 100% of the time to their entrepreneurship.

 

Motivation : every entrepreneur must have that feeling that fills them with energy, that makes them dream, smile and fight for something very particular, that motivation is very different for all people, as mentioned in the previous article, some people just want to earn enough money for their children to study in a good school and not miss anything in their homes, others want to reach the best baker in their country, some want to become influential people in the world of social networks, also those who want to have their own chain of restaurants, it does not matter which one is yours, the important thing is that you cultivate it and keep yourself rooted to that motivation.

 

Perseverance : All entrepreneurs will achieve obstacles, many times the obstacles are so great that they become failures the projects undertaken, that is why perseverance is a fundamental quality in every entrepreneur, no matter how many times we fail, we must always have in account that every failed attempt brings us closer to success, it is important to visualize our mint at the top of a mountain, on the way we can do some things wrong and fall, but if we get up again we will know that we must take a different path, it is It is important to remember that the way to reach our goals is as transcendental as the goal itself.

 

Innovation : we are in 2018 and traditional businesses are dying, I am sure we have all seen in our cities how many businesses have disappeared or have been transformed to survive, people are always in search of new and satisfactory things, regardless of the service or product that your business will provide, the way you innovate will be what adds value to your articles or the service you provide, it is important to understand that innovation is not only about inventing something new, I emphasize that because I have listened to people saying that they do not know what to invent to be able to start, you can innovate by improving or updating something that already exists.

 

Never stop learning : this quality is what will save you time and money in the ventures, many of the things we want to do or at least something similar and other people did it successfully, the idea is not to copy since that way We would not be innovating but if we can guide and add our personal touch, it is important to be constantly learning in all areas of your business and not only that, it is often necessary to learn about finance, marketing, distribution, automation, standardization, in short, An entrepreneur must be willing to be learning daily.

Entrepreneurship has no age, there are success stories of teenagers and seniors, money is not limiting, many enterprises start with little money or just with a great idea, something that also characterizes entrepreneurs is the ability to solve problems, They know if they have any idea of ​​entrepreneurship, start by leaving fear aside and take action, if someone has a history of entrepreneurship to share it would be great.
