Divided decisions

Reaching an agreement with other people can result in a complex and problematic process, often the differences in personality of each person are accentuated in certain situations and create barriers that hinder communication and therefore it becomes more difficult to reach an agreement, all this can happen between anyone regardless of the type of relationship they develop, but tend to be more frequent in situations that involve compliance with guidelines, or challenges, for example in schools, sports and work.

The present difficulty in understanding and fixing agreements between two people also depends on the level of understanding and patience that they have, thus, it is more frequent to find problems of fixing agreements and understanding in schools than in sports or work areas, because the latter require a greater degree of commitment, and are made up of groups of people with much more experience and discipline, thus, as we develop over time we become more tolerant people, rational, understandable. However, there will always be eventual situations in which, despite there being understanding and good capacity to reach an agreement, divided decisions arise between couples or groups as each of the parties has a different perspective and motivation towards specific situations. These divided decisions are the result of the difference in the interests of each and leave as a result the separation of the parties involved.

Avoiding the emergence of situations that could result in divided decisions is only possible when choosing the people with whom you will be in a relationship or in a group. This moment of choice is crucial for the future of the relationship and its permanence. On the other hand, divided decisions are not something that is completely bad, sometimes they are inevitable, and perhaps necessary for the formation of new paths and opportunities in our lives.
