Nice post. I am learning this as well.
I freelance and it can be overwhelming, there's so much to learn and keep up with. I use the Wim Hof breathing method. It helps focus me, and the right course of actions for the moment becomes apparent.
We think that all these thoughts, fears, and aspirations are important to sort out but, really, once we take a minute to shut em down and be in the now, we are become far more aware of reality and what we want.
