Today is the 27th day of the last month of the year 2017 and we barely have 4days to go. At this stage, it is normal for us to look back and weigh the effect the year had on us and also the effect we had on the year. By this, we get to if we really made the most of the year or not.

There is no limit to human want/need so most likely, our response will be "I could have done more than I did". Yes I agree but instead of lamenting, why don't you take this last days and plan properly ahead for the coming year.
One thing we should know is this:
"THE YEAR CAN COME TO AN END BUT ONLY YOU CAN PUT AN END TO YOUR DREAMS"
I prefer to see it this way: I have a plan I want to carry out may be to be a DOLPHIN on steemit by the End of 2018. I will have in mind that "in the next 365 days, I will be a dolphin" so even if I don't get that achieved by that period, I will not see it as not meeting my expectation by the end of the year but just a number of days I planned to achieve a goal. That way it would be easier for me to say "okay since i did not neet up, let me add 150 days and ensure I fufil my dream". So with that I don't calculate my dreams "yearly" but in days.
It is also good to make room for unforseen circumstances while drafting out ones plan to achieve a goal. I'm not saying be PESSIMISTIC! But like the saying goes:
"AIM FOR THE MOON SO EVEN IF YOU MISS, YOU WILL LAND AMONG THE STARS"
Whatever your dream was/is and at this point of the year it looks as if you never had a dream then don't give up for there are more days ahead. Life is a continuous journey that's why it's the same SUN that shines every year. YOU CAN MAKE IT.
