Quality or quantity

If you have to choose between writing 1 decent blog a day vs 1 amazing blog a week, which one would you choose and why?

I thought about writing 1 blog a day, even if it's a last minute blog like this one. Then, it got me thinking if it was better to just spend all my time writing 1 amazing blog a week.
