I have three books that have been waiting patiently for me to read them. Two of the books I purchased last month before I really got fully involved with the embroidery capabilities of my sewing machine.
One book was written by Ben Carter, Mastering the Potter’s Wheel. It covers techniques, tips and tricks that I would have learned from my classmates and teacher if I were still attending my pottery wheel classes at the senior center.
The second book that I purchased is by Nora Roberts named Shelter in Place. The title of the book intrigued me because of my current situation with the coronavirus. The book is actually about a massacre from a mass shooting.
The third book is by Eboni Snoe titled When Everything’s Said & Done. This book is about the bonds of family and the passion of romance.
These three books are to keep me occupied for the next week. Are usually read a book from cover to cover until it is finished. I have several ongoing projects that I am working on though so I don’t know how much I will finish at one time.
I love to read and I have not been reading since I have been stuck at home. I have been exploring other crafts that I have neglected over the years.
More reading and less television this week will be my goal.
Enjoy your evening.
