I usually do my 50 press ups ,I have like 15 irons weldered together to form a standing square,so I usually do some stuffs I can't even type 😁.just skills .
Then I run to and fro down my street.
I don't use gym 😞
I use my home made stuffs .

Not using a gym is fine, doing exercises with your own body weight is more natural. Also sounds fun

Its good to excercise, God knows i will be too skinny if i excercise lol

@josediccus, your body will transform from skinny into a well-muscled body if you focus on weights and consume lots of protein.

@josediccus, by weightlifting and protein , skinny is no more. You'll gain a muscle mass.
