my only regular exercising currently are a few minutes of stretching/tai-chi mixed in throughout the day... a little bit goes a long way, at least i think so /peace

Being consistent surely helps out alot, I am not sure about a few minutes though. I personally prefer 1.5 hours of exercise 6 times a week

I think it's actually very effective. Calisthenics tend to be underrated, but honestly, you become so strong doing body weight exercises, and they work your entire body. Lots of compound movements, which are crucial when you train with weights.
