Microsoft Rewards Points Changes to Serbian

I have landed in Belgrade, and am surprised to find that the Microsoft Rewards automatically switched to Serbian version - I don't understand a thing!

The day streaks clear out - so it is a pity.

Not sure when I return to UK, am I still getting those day streaks bonus?
