Food diary: None.

Duration of fast since last meal prior: 37 hours

First time under 165! Woohoo! I'm fairly sure it's pure water weight though, but a step forward is a step forward. I'm going to break my fast now with some fish and plantains, and then fast all day tomorrow, Sunday, as I can.
