Do not over-drink
Although alcohol can initially help you sleep, it can eventually spoil the quality of your sleep, dehydrate you, and cause a headache that will bring irritability and lethargy. Avoid alcoholic beverages until you're on the ground to get to your destination in the best situation.
Do not eat too much
Of course you should eat when you are hungry, whether you are in the airplane or you are somewhere else. But eating what they offer you just because you get bored will cause you problems when you're on the ground. Cabin dry air and low air pressure can reduce your ability to perceive salty and sweet tastes from 15 to 30%, which according to a German study can make the flavor of the food you eat in the worst air. Nor does the noise from the airplane engines help, according to a Cornell University study that confirms the obvious: environmental distractions can affect the sense of taste. Some airlines are trying to restore the flavor of food by offering more salty food, so you can easily overdo it with salt.
Do not eat food falling on the table of your place
When a group of researchers for a morning American TV show scanned surfaces on planes as they made trips to different companies across the country, they found the tables at the locations had the most harmful bacteria. The flight attendants attribute this to the passengers using the tables to change nappies to their babies. Although it is assumed that ground carers clean the tables between flights, you can never be sure how well they do their job. Quickly clean the surface on your table with an antibacterial handkerchief or hand disinfectant on a paper towel.
Do not grasp the belt of your position
The same investigators mentioned above also found that the safety belts were quite dirty and brought many potentially harmful bacteria. Though fixing your belt is obviously your only choice, and you should definitely do it, avoid having to touch your waist once you have put it down and fired after your hand. If you predict that you will solve and tie your belt regularly, you can clean it by following the same procedure as your table.
Do not walk bare feet
Sure, it is nice to feel at home during the flight - especially when you are in the air for many hours or you are on an overnight flight. However, former flight attendants assure that the floor is certainly dirty (and everyone can easily see it). Rubbish litter and scraps of food should be sufficient reason to keep the shoes on your feet or at least to take them when you go to the toilet.
Do not hold until you reach
Using the airplane toilet will definitely not be the best experience of your trip. But if you feel the need to shave when you throw away, simply pull it off and use the toilet. Otherwise, your urine will remain in the bladder for a long time, which can cause some infection and actually spoil your journey.
