Today I am very excited, I finally got a new computer :)

In my former life (before I was separated from my husband) our household was primarily Mac with but one lone desktop PC for downloading our new media. Being the girl that I am I took no interest and in learning anything about how our house was networked with all of our media streaming effortlessly throughout the house. I didn't bother to investigate how my movies, music and TV shows got from the house to the theatre above the garage, to the media room in the house, to my bedroom or to the speakers beside the hottub.

"If you don't have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over?" - John Wooden

This quote by John Wooden comes to mind today as I will be needing to learn about my new Mac on my own. Taking the time to understand how do to things and learning how to do them right when the time presents itself is always a good idea. Sometimes it seems like its easier not to know how to but your future self will thank for you for taking the extra time to learn.

Leaving on a positive note I am excited about my new technology adventures, and finding out what all can be done with one of these fancy new (pink) MacBooks!
