My Crypto Portfolio Blog #3

in blog •  7 years ago

Hello all,

Continuing with my third update to my crypto portfolio blog. I will change up the way I display the table slightly this time around and moving forward. Will be adding a previous blog% and current %. Here it is:

COin% (12/31/2017)% (01/03/2018)
BTC2.1%1.6%
ETH12.7%13.4%
XRP38.4%38.4%
ADA26.4%27.4%
XVG4.2%0%
VEN3.8%4.3%
IOTA1.9%0%
TRX2.5%8.4%
ICX3.8%2.8%
SUB2.6%3.5%
LEND1.7%0%

Once again a lot has happened in my crypto world although I guess that's the crypto world in general... everything basically moves at the speed of light.

My personal trades the past few days if you see the table above I've sold off some of my smaller positions on coins like IOTA/XVG/LEND. That's not to say the three coins above aren't good coins, but they just aren't for me. IOTA I think I will try to get back to it in the future, but currently its one of my weaker performing coins so I wanted to free up some capital for other coins. XVG I decided to let go after the wraith protocol fiasco, still made a profit on it as I bought in at $0.08 USD. LEND while I like the concept of the coin I thought once again I could do more with the money.

As you can see from the table, consolidation and strengthening my other positions was the name of the game. With the proceeds from selling off IOTA/XVG/LEND I proceeded to put them into TRX/SUB/ETH.

TRX seems like a really solid project with big plans and a solid entrepreneur behind it, there also looks to be a lot of solid news in the pipeline. I was able to purchase it before the recent pump and have seen so far great returns.

SUB was a project that I've always liked the moment I heard of it especially in this net neutrality age. With censorship on the rise, I figured this would be a good project to get behind.

ETH purchase was mainly to prepare for buys on any other project that might be coming up.

Current Tokens being considered to be added to my portfolio:

  1. BAT
  2. Adding to VEN
  3. A gamer focused token such as MobileGO...not sure yet
