My Crypto Portfolio Blog #4

in blog •  7 years ago

Hey Everyone,

This is my 4th blog with regards to my crypto portfolio and here are my current holdings:

Coin% (01/03/2018)% (01/06/2018)
BTC1.6%0%
ETH13.4%11.3%
XRP38.4%35.2%
ADA27.4%24.0%
VEN4.3%5.2%
TRX8.4%12.8%
ICX2.8%3.4%
SUB3.5%5.7%
BAT0%1.8%
ICN0%0.6%

So what has changed?

  1. As I'm sure most would know if they've been watching the crypto markets, there has been a great run up with regards to TRX prices. As it kept increase I sold some of my holdings to diversify a bit and put it towards BAT. While I think the BAT token is interesting change to the AD industry, I'm not particularly sold on it yet and BAT will be just a short term holding until I make around 10-20% in which I will then sell. The increase in TRX% from today and 3 days ago is just the run up in price I did not add to my holdings.

  2. Got rid of my BTC position, it was a small position anyways but I placed it into ICN for no other reason than the
exchange I had my BTC in, had very few coins. ICN was one of them where I was able to buy and I met the minimum buys. I have no feelings towards this coin and will just wait to see what happens.

  3. Overall with regards to my portfolio a slow few days. I'm still extremely long term on XRP/ADA. But its great seeing some of my smaller holdings such as SUB/VEN get such great press and gains recently. I love what VEN might be, by focusing now on enterprise DAPPs and if you read my previous blogs, I'm still long on SUB as well.

Coin's I'm looking at:

  1. ICX - increasing my holdings in ICX , this coin still looks to be a bit undervalued but I have yet to jump the gun and buy. Not sure what's holding me back besides raw emotion of seeing if any other projects are more undervalued.

  2. WTC - walton chain looks interesting to me, similar to VEN but looks a bit further along tech wise but not as good marketing. I'm thinking either strengthening my VEN or adding WTC.

Interesting in knowing from other people what other coins they might be looking at.
