    sometimes it is difficult to control their feelings and emotions and in such moments people commit irreparable actions about which account for regret.

      Well that may due to rejection of society and no one listen to them until they have to isolated themselves in their own world. Low self-esteem makes feeling badly about oneself. The solution is always look at the bright side. If there is a will there's a way. @madlenfox
