I made waffles today, they were delicious.
I took some flour, eggs, milk and some other stuff and put them in a bowl and mixed it all up. Then I put the batter in a waffle maker and, boom... Waffles.
Then I topped them with some homemade butter and a bit of maple syrup and then I ate them (not before taking a few photos though first of course) .. don’t worry, I did share.
Sometimes I like peanut butter on my waffles, not sure why.. something from my childhood I guess. Don’t judge me..
!pancakes are fine, but waffles are better.

I make waffles with millet flour and LOTS of our fresh eggs. I have the big square waffle maker, that makes 4 at a time. I blend up frozen fruit, add a bit of vanilla extract and use that on them, as I try to avoid using sweeteners. My husband slathers on the maple syrup though.

Ohhhh that sounds yummy! Yes, I’m a fan of making them with just some warmed blueberries on top for the same reason. Sometimes butter and maple syrup is too much for me to resist though 👀

Late to the party here but I 100% always have peanut butter (Skippy creamy preferred) and maple syrup on my waffles. My mom does too. Other people are totally judgey of it, but here you are a peanut butter waffle sister. 😊😄
