My first LAN-experience

Part 2 of my blog.

So, the biggest thing a achived so far was back in 2015, when I was offered a stand-in spot in a Team to play a LAN event here in Germany. How can you say no to an offer like this? I packed my bag, traveled to Hamburg, flew to Munich and we had a Bootcamp for 10 days. I slept like 5hrs a day, just because i grinded so hard, pracc'd my aim so hard and tried to learn all those tactics. I was the first in the praccroom early in the morning, and I left it last late at night.
After that 10 days I got back home, grinded more for another 10 days and then traveled to Dusseldorf to participate at the event.
Total Teams: 16
Prizepool: 5.5K €
I know, not that much, but back then it was huge for me!

So at first gameday we won 2-0 (Cache, Cbble)
Second day we won 2-0 again (Cache, Inferno)
Third game, 0-1 down on Inferno, and on Dust II we came back from an 13-2 deficit and turned the game 16-14. Sadly we lost Train (11-16). So our standing was second of our group with 2-1.

We qulified for the Semis next day, but I'll tell this Story in another blog.
