Expanding my Brand - Video / Animations for my blogs

Hey guys, I wanted to take a step back and show off my latest creation.

Video editing is something I used to do as a hobby. But this was the time before after effects. So effectively, all my previous experience in video editing has been rendered useless.

Which is a big problem for me, since I want to expand my branding to an animated form.

So, I spent all the free time in my day working on 10 secs of footage to use. A lord, It doesn't sit quite right with me, but it's just going to have to do.

There's just so many different settings, and things are not very obvious either. Many layers of settings crowd the interface, and while I understand the concept of the keyframes, it's pretty hard to achieve a desired effect.

Learning how to make motion graphic videos is just going to take forever. And I have to be honest, the way I'm trying to post content, I need this.

So for now, this is just going to have to do. I'm seeking a motion graphics artist, if anyone knows of one, I'd really be interested in talking to them and getting a quote.

In other news, It's been 7 days since I've announced I will be buying and shipping a canvas out to anyone who left their thoughts in the comment section of my videos. I will be making an announcement of who won tommorow, but I really look forward to getting it done.

Also, I know that my other content has been slipping, I've just been on a painting binge and sharing my work with you all. I'll be working on getting another post up for my SysAdmin blog soon. I do need to get this contest wrapped up, so there's that if any of you folks are following that blog.

So yeah, there's update. Once again, if any of you guys know of someone who does animations or video editing, please let me know. I really want to upgrade my branding as soon as I can.
