As a young male living in Nigeria, you most likely must have had an encounter with the police, either you're someone who actually breaks the law or not. Here's a story about one of my encounters with the men in black.

I was hanging with a bunch of friends on this faithful day, we were at a bar having a few drinks then we decided to leave and go chill some place else. As we were leaving the bar, unknown to us we were being watched. We got unto the road and were moving for about 2 mins when all of a sudden out of nowhere a car came so close and was trying to ram us to the side of the road, it felt like a video game. I parked the car by the side of the road then two men who weren't dressed in the uniform but had police jackets on got out of the car.

Unfortunately for us that day we actually had contraband in the vehicle so we could probably get arrested, or so I thought. Unknowingly to me one girl on board my car was the daughter of a high ranked police man and she had proof. As the policemen started interrogating us she stepped forward and showed this proof and that's how we were off the hook. This made it 1 point for me and 0 to the police😊
