By now your stomach must have shrunk, but at times your stomach pain must be indescribeable. How are you dealing with this mentally?

    You lose your appetite after 3 or 4 days. I am not that strong of a person, anyone can do this. I just miss ENJOYING GOOD Food. But thats ok, hopefully my tastes will change a little more after this fast and I take better care of what I eat.
