I've been doing handstands for fun, and now I have decided I will find some video training to learn to do a proper handstand routine every day to see if I can improve my handstand stability!
Training
I never really train for stuff that much. Things come naturally to me and so has the handstand. Yes I have done it repeatedly of course, but I have never stuck to a training regime. Now it is time to test how much progress I can make by following a 30 day handstand regime and see if I can improve my handstand skills!
What can you Train?
I want you to think about things in your life that you do on a semi-regular basis that you would excel in so much better if you would actually take 10 minutes a day to train!
