Get the right suit. Get your haircut right. Buy a Rolex. Get the job! Are you qualified? No, but fuck it! I look the part.
I see it everyday. Everyday, I sit on the tube. Walk down the street or sit in a bar. Don't be yourself, just be someone else. Be the person you want to be, right? It's the strength or your illusion that is the ultimate power. Not what you know or what you can do.
Inevitably, the time will come when you are found out. When the blag stops fooling anyone. Does this really matter though? Make a new one. Look at facebook. Do you really believe that everyone's life is that perfect?
The best part is we all do it. Do you feel yourself judging? I do, but I know I do it. Everyday. To hide the pain, the shame, the emptiness.
I say, be like George. It's not hurting anyone, right?......
By George, I think you're right. I like your blog post, succinct and thought provoking. And dare I say it, quite true.

Thank you. George's story is quite amusing. The thing i like best about it, is, he even went to the effort of going to Sean Connery's barbers for the haircut.
