To achieve healing, we have to be in harmony with our body and our mind, we must eat healthy foods as little as possible and, best of all, we have to be reconciled with our inner self. We have to be in total balance.
Speaking of Health is talking about everything that surrounds us, it is all external agents that in one way or another affect positively or negatively our quality of life. Speaking of Health is talking about the environment, it is having access to drinking water and sanitation. Speaking of Health is talking about health services. To speak of Health is to act in favor of the Conservation of our natural, pristine or urban ecosystems. It is not to violate the balance of our environmental systems and therefore not to violate the balance of our human system, the balance of our humanity.
If we take into account the issue of Organización Mundial de la Salud for the year 2018, within the framework of the commemoration of the World Health Day "Universal Health Coverage: for everyone everywhere" that involves Universal Health Coverage for everyone and everywhere we are talking about health from the systemic approach involving each and every one of the processes and factors that affect and impact the health of the citizen settled in a natural physical space. For this reason, the participation of all is required, with a sense of co-responsibility, both social actors, political and institutional actors.
