It’s shocking and sad the loss of Anthony Bourdain

For those who didn’t know him.

Anthony Michael Bourdain was an American celebrity chef, author, travel documentarian, and television personality who starred in programs focusing on the exploration of international culture, cuisine, and the human condition. –source from Wikipedia

He is such a nice icon for showcasing the beauty of the world, the taste of culture and nice places. He is great story teller and very humble. But Anthony Bourdain is dead of suicide at age 61 in his Hotel Room in France CNN confirms.

Often times we look at successful people, who can travel the world, make a ton of money as if they have zero problems or as if they have "zero reasons" to suicide.

This is such a wrong way to look at the world.

We think loneliness is gone when you’re famous?

Insecurities are gone when you’re rich?

And mental problems are gone when you’re successful?

Fame, money, and success do not make all your problems disappear; it can solve a lot of problems but they don’t solve ALL the problems.

Instead of asking why people commit suicide, let’s ask ourselves

How we can build the world when no one feels lonely and when mental problems openly discuss
.
How we can build a better world for you, for me and for everybody. –source from - Nas Daily

Let’s all be a light and spread kindness so we can help someone and make this world better. I truly adore and admire people who are and been a good instrument of kindness. R.I.P to #Anthony Bourdain I salute you.
