I completely agree! Assigned seats at the movies are the worst! Before assigned seats were a thing, you just showed up 30 minutes early and sat in your favorite spot. The rest would show up gradually sitting wherever, but never right next to you unless it was a sold out show. Now everyone sits exactly next to each other with assigned seats, and the show isn’t sold out either! I don’t go to the movies anymore because of this. Dumbest thing ever!
